Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco visted the Empire State Building to celebrate his record-breaking Madison Square Garden tour dates. He flipped the world-famous light switch, lighting the building Red, White, and Blue. He then posed at the Grand Staircase before heading up to the 86th and 102nd Floor Observatories, passing by the immersive 2nd Floor Exhibits.
