From Feb. 5 to 23, stop by the Baked by Melissa pop-up on the 86th Floor Observatory for their signature bite-sized cupcakes every Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The NYC-based confectioner will offer their mini morsels in an assortment of flavors to share with your sweetheart.
