ESB Shines Gold & Cyan to Celebrate 45 Years of "Nightline"

Tonight, we have a new reason to celebrate.

The Empire State Building lit up gold and cyan to celebrate the 45th anniversary of ABC News' "Nightline" on March 28.

Earlier that day, "Nightline" co-anchors Juju Chang and Byron Pitts visited the building to flip the switch in a lighting ceremony and toured the immersive museum and iconic 86th and 102nd Floor Observatories.

Throughout its 45 years, "Nightline" has remained a trusted source for Americans with its in-depth reporting of current events and issues. From politics and international affairs to pop culture and human-interest stories, "Nightline" continues to capture history right as it happens and provides viewers with thoughtful stories, broadcast right from New York City.
