It's love at first sight!
On April 4, the Empire State Building’s world-famous tower lights lit up in green & gold to celebrate Kylie Minogue’s Madison Square Garden Show in partnership with the Great Barrier Reef Foundation.
The Empire State Building hosted a lighting ceremony with iconic Australian singer-songwriter Kylie Minogue and the Consul-General of Australia in New York, Heather Ridout, who flipped the famous light switch.
After the ceremony, Kylie and the Consul-General toured the Observatory Experience – which was recently named the #1 attraction in the World in Tripadvisor’s 2024 Travelers’ Choice Awards: Best of the Best Things to Do, and #1 Attraction in the U.S. for the third consecutive year – and posed for photos on the building’s 86th Floor and 102nd Floor Observatories.

The Great Barrier Reef Foundation is dedicated to building climate adaptation strategies to protect marine life and restore their delicate habitats, most notably for its namesake, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Learn more about the foundation here.
