The Empire State Building will shine its world-famous tower lights in red to celebrate ATHLOS NYC on Sept. 26.
Thomas flipped the famous switch in a lighting ceremony at the "World's Most Famous Building," toured the exhibits and took in the views from the iconic 86th and 102nd Floor Observatories.
The inaugural ATHLOS NYC brings 36 of the fastest people in the world together to compete in a first-of-its-kind, women’s only track event. ATHLOS NYC seeks to sustain the attention and engagement of women’s track year-round, and to celebrate the athletes’ dedication and relentless pursuit of greatness.
