Online Tickets
Online ticket purchases to the "World's Most Famous Building" are the easiest, most convenient way to choose your options and manage your booking in just a few clicks!
- Head onto esbnyc.com and click "Buy Tickets" to explore the different ticket options ESB offers. Keep an eye out: ESB sometimes offers limited-time tickets like the Movie Night series!
- Choose your perfect experience. If you want to learn more about the ticket, select "See Ticket Details" under the ticket you're interested in. When you're ready, click "Buy Tickets" to start your booking.
- Enter the number of adults, children, and seniors who will visit. This will allow you to select the date and time for your reservation.. Note that some timeslots, like peak sunset, and age ranges will change the price of your ticket.
- Once you click "Continue," you may be prompted to upgrade your tickets or add a restaurant reservation to dine at one of our partner restaurants at the base of the building. These offers elevate your experience at ESB, so consider them carefully!
- Enter your contact information and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Enter your payment information to complete our secure checkout process. We now offer Apple Pay as a quick and easy way to process check out.
- You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email. Save this for when you visit or if you need to make some changes.

ESB offers on-site kiosks for visitors to buy their tickets, which includes the option to purchase add-ons such as reservations for STATE Grill & Bar and Tacombi. If you'd like to avoid time spent at the kiosk to enter your information for a ticket purchase, we highly suggest online purchases for a seamless visit.
Manage My Booking
Need to make some changes to your reservation? Head to the "Manage My Booking" page. To access your ticket, we will need your booking information. To find this, look at your ticket confirmation email or text.
Under "Manage My Booking," you will have the opportunity to change the date of your visit, timeslot, ticket type, and include any add-ons you missed. Keep in mind that some changes you make to your tickets can result in an upcharge for the difference in ticket value, which includes the upgrade from a non-sunset to a sunset time period.
Added Bonus: Join Our New Ambassador Program
In February 2024, ESB launched its brand new Ambassador Program! As an ESB Ambassador, visitors have access to exclusive rewards that are not available to other visitors. These rewards include complimentary tickets to our Observatories, lottery entries to special events, and exclusive newsletter access. Ambassadors will also receive a one-of-a-kind digital collectable as a free gift.
As ambassadors collect more points, they will climb through the different status tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each status tier unlocks new rewards and a new digital collectable.
To collect points, the ambassador must make a ticket purchase. Every dollar spent on tickets to the Observatory will count towards the ambassador's points. Ambassadors can redeem their points for rewards in their loyalty portal once they log into their account.
