Life just got a bite better at the "World's Most Famous Building!"
The Empire State Building's iconic tower lights shined in navy blue and gold to celebrate Ghirardelli Chocolate's first-ever New York City store on Aug. 6.
Earlier that day, singer-songwriter and actress Mary J. Blige visited the building to flip the switch in a lighting ceremony and cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the store to the public.

Situated in the prime 34th Street retail location, Ghirardelli has brought its world-renowned chocolate to the Big Apple’s most iconic location. The brand-new Empire State Building location pays homage to the company’s San Francisco roots with a touch of New York glamor.
