Licensing Application

The Empire State Building welcomes opportunities to license its trademarked name and image for promotional and advertising purposes. We do, however, reserve the right to deny any usage that does not meet with the approval of the ownership and management. Requests are subject to licensing agreements and fees based on scope of usage, reach, and timing. We often approve usage that preserves the integrity of our image in the public eye and promotes a positive image of the building.
