The holidays are here again and so is the Empire State Building Music-to-Light Spectacular!
The annual light show returned this year on Dec. 20 – set to Meghan Trainor’s new holiday song, “Jingle Bells” – and will run nightly through Dec. 25, timed to a 7 p.m. EST broadcast on iHeartRadio’s Z100, 106.7 Lite FM, and 103.5 KTU.
To celebrate the show’s premiere, Meghan visited the building’s world-famous Observatory Experience – voted the number one attraction in the world by Tripadvisor travelers – for a lighting ceremony and special Q&A with fans.

A Very Trainor Christmas
To kick off the spectacle, Meghan flipped the famous light switch in a ceremony at the Observatory Experience. After she toured the immersive exhibits and took in the views from the famed Observation Decks, Meghan sat down with Z100’s Crystal Rosas to chat about her favorite holiday traditions, her family, and the honor of lighting the Empire State Building.
